Vision Statement
Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C provides professional Armed & Unarmed Security Officers on a local and state basis, with one point of contact and one invoice for each location. Our customized security solutions include providing Officers in uniform or plain clothes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. specializes in staffing the unexpected emergency, typically within 1-3 hours.
Quality Control Plan:
Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. achieves the highest levels of quality control by utilizing effective screening and hiring of staff, thorough training and testing, and by creating a professional environment where our staff want to spend the rest of their careers. All Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. Officer are subject to a background check and drug screening and meet current state requirements for training and licenses.
Training Program:
Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. encourages employees to continue their
education and it helps provides an ongoing training program for all employees.
Basic Training:
Initial basic training for Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. Officers will be determined by the location of the required performance to be completed by the Officers prior to their assignment at the facility. In general, the course shall include classroom instructions on general and post orders; operational and emergency procedures, use of force, use of security equipment, defensive tactics and communication skills.
In-Service Training:
In-service training is used for training personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge of security issues and operational procedural changes. This training is usually held for short periods (10 to 15 minutes) during the day when the officers are on-duty.
Supervision:
Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. Operation Officers are available to our clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Operation Officers make scheduled and unscheduled visits to ensure that all of our officers provide the highest level of service available in the industry.
Wallace & Associates Protective Services L.L.C. focuses on quality control that offers our clients the highest caliber of personnel with the stability derived by very low turnover.
